This residential highrise apartment complex in downtown Chicago is a development of Dallas based Lincoln Properties. The well known Chicago firm of Valerio Dewalt Train created a sophisticated yet efficient residential tower.

HVG is utilizing a all glass Window Wall design with integral vent widows throughout the tower. The factory preglazed system using slab mounted receivers erects quickly offering fast closein and weather protection.

A highspan aluminum curtainwall system will be used at the lower podium space of the building.
